4 bedroom villa with a swimming pool and sea views in L'Île-Rousse

A short distance from Île-Rousse, this contemporary villa benefits from a peaceful location that allows the sea to occupy the view from the living spaces. The terrace naturally extends the interior and becomes the natural place for meals and the end of the day facing the coastline. Northern Corsica is discovered here in a calm atmosphere, far from any agitation.

Over 280m2, the generous volumes are articulated around a heated swimming pool that sets the rhythm of the days, from the morning swim to the afternoon bathing. The dining area, facing outwards, easily brings together large gatherings in a convivial spirit. Light passes through the communal spaces throughout the day, between the living room and the terrace.

The 4 bedrooms each have a private bathroom and a dressing room, offering each guest an independent space. The master suite is distinguished by a more muted atmosphere, while the double and twin bedrooms adapt to different configurations, with the whole accommodation sleeping 8 people.

The open-plan kitchen is well equipped and lends itself to meals prepared with produce from the island, and the fitness area allows you to maintain an active rhythm between trips into the surrounding maquis. This villa suits a family or a group of friends seeking a quiet seaside stay, marked by the swimming pool, the terrace and proximity to Île-Rousse.
