7 bedroom chalet with a swimming pool in Serre Chevalier 1350 - Chantemerle

At Serre Chevalier 1350, in the hamlet of Chantemerle, this chalet occupies an open position that allows views over the surrounding peaks. The property suits a family stay, a gathering of friends or a seminar equally well, as the spaces lend themselves to collective living without ever feeling cramped.

The ground floor is organised around a spacious open living room, lit fireplace and open-plan kitchen, designed so that no one feels isolated while others cook or chat. Relaxation continues on the spa side, with an indoor swimming pool, a sauna and a hot tub installed on the terrace, open to the sky, to enjoy the panorama even in the evening.

Bedrooms are spread over several levels, each with its own bathroom and television, including a suite with a balcony and a bathtub, and a family bedroom designed for children with bunk beds. A dormitory allows a larger group to be accommodated without multiplying bedrooms, while a ski room and a laundry room make daily life easier after a day outside.

The basement contains a cinema room and a gym, two spaces that extend the evening or allow for maintaining a sporting routine without leaving the chalet. With its 7 bedrooms and capacity for 21 people over 550m2, this chalet is for groups seeking to gather together completely, while each person retains their privacy.
