4 bedroom apartment in Serre Chevalier

At Monêtier-les-Bains, this apartment is located in a recent residence in the town centre, 160m from the heart of the resort. The slopes and the Bachas lift are 750m away, as is the ski school, a distance easily covered on foot with equipment.

South-facing exposure bathes the living spaces in light throughout the day, and the balcony extends the living room towards the outside from the fine weather onwards. The whole property offers a cosy and spacious interior, where the fitted kitchen opens onto the dining room for convivial meals after a day on the slopes.

The 4 double bedrooms, all equipped with a 160×200 bed, are arranged around 3 bathrooms with walk-in shower, which facilitates daily organisation when several generations or several families are gathered together. The travel cot and high chair make it possible to welcome young children without complication.

The ski room and boot warmer prevent clutter in wet entrance areas, while the garage and parking space reserve a place for the vehicle. In the evening, the fireplace warms the atmosphere of the living room.

With its capacity of 8 people and its 100m2, this property is suitable for a group of friends or an extended family looking for a practical, comfortable base well situated to enjoy both the village and the slopes.
