7 bedroom chalet with a sauna in La Clusaz

At La Clusaz, this chalet stands in a calm and green setting, away from any direct neighbours. The private garden, furnished with a pétanque court, extends the house outwards and offers a genuine leisure space between days spent outside. Outdoor parking can accommodate several vehicles, a valuable asset in the mountains.

The ground floor leads to the wellness area, where an outdoor spa, a sauna and a hammam invite relaxation after a day outside. An office opening onto the terrace allows working remotely, whilst a ski room facilitates storage of snow sports equipment.

The upper floors house the bedrooms, several of which open onto a balcony with views of the surrounding peaks. The family suites, fitted under the attic, are distinguished by their sloped ceilings which give the sleeping areas a cosy and warm atmosphere.

The top level brings together the living spaces around a central fireplace, between the sitting room, the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, designed for cooking without constraint for a large group. The adjoining terrace extends this level and invites meals in the open air or time in the sun.

With its 7 bedrooms, all with their own bathroom, this chalet of 415m2 can accommodate up to 15 people, an ideal format for an extended family or a group of friends gathering for a mountain stay.
