You arrive in isolation, with no direct neighbours, in a green setting 800 metres from the Étale-Manigod ski lift. The village of La Clusaz is 3.5km away, and a shuttle stop is 350 metres away. Calm and accessibility come together here, and Col des Aravis at 4.6km opens views onto Mont-Blanc.

The heart of the chalet is on the second floor. A large kitchen equipped for 15 people opens onto the terrace, the living room is built around a central fireplace, and the dining space becomes the natural meeting point of the stay. A SONOS audio system accompanies these moments. On the ground floor, an office dedicated to remote work benefits from light from the main terrace. The whole space breathes through its volumes and its organisation designed for conviviality.

The wellness space really changes the nature of the stay. An outdoor hot tub, a sauna and a hammam invite relaxation, especially on return from the slopes or at the end of the day. The private garden welcomes a pétanque court and can host meals in the open air. A ping-pong table and board games complete the offer, notably for evenings.

Seven bedrooms spread over two floors. Three double bedrooms on the first floor open onto a balcony with views of the peaks, and three family suites offer configurations for children, with warm sloped ceilings and single beds.
