From the entrance, a stone staircase and solid oak doors set the tone: vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and thick walls tell the age of the place, while modern comfort slips in quietly. The main living room, flooded with light, is organised around a stone fireplace, and the large dining table seats up to 12 guests for meals that stretch late into the evening.

The kitchen is large and bright, opening onto a terrace facing the countryside, ideal for peaceful breakfasts. A separate catering kitchen allows entertaining without constraint or hiring a private chef. On the ground floor, a former vaulted room with a period bread oven has been transformed into an intimate television room, which can also serve as an extra bedroom for larger groups.

The floors are reserved for rest: 5 air-conditioned suites, each with its own bathroom, are distributed between the west wing and the east wing. The main suite occupies its own wing, with a king size bed and a private terrace for the end of the day, while two other bedrooms also open onto terraces facing the garden.

Around the house, the property spreads out in lawns, lavender beds and rose bushes, down to a 17 metre salt-water swimming pool bordered with sun loungers and large parasols. You can play pétanque or croquet, and gather in the evening around the outdoor fireplace. The place suits an extended family or a group of friends, at a leisurely pace of holiday, between meals in the open air and long evenings under the stars.
