6 bedroom villa with a swimming pool in Montpellier

On the outskirts of Montpellier, this Provençal farmhouse benefits from a peaceful rural setting, just 5 minutes from the village and beaches, and 15 minutes from Montpellier town centre and its airport. The Camargue, with its white horses and protected marshes, can also be reached in a short time. The property thus combines the tranquillity of the countryside with proximity to the coast.

From the entrance, a games room sets the tone with its billiards table, table football and bar, before giving way to a bright living room with Scandinavian lines mixed with revisited Provençal touches. The neighbouring dining room, shaded by a weeping willow, naturally extends this living space. The open-plan kitchen, equipped with complete facilities including several ovens, and the adjacent laundry room complete this level oriented towards conviviality.

On the other side of the house, a space dedicated to physical exercise brings together an exercise bike, punching bag, yoga mat and trampoline, to start or end the day before enjoying the sun. Outside, the grounds offer many opportunities for outdoor play: mini-golf, pétanque, table tennis, basketball, football cages and badminton share the 2500m2 garden.

The 6 bedrooms are spread over 2 levels. On the ground floor, a playful dormitory and a double bedroom each have their own shower. On the first floor, the master suite comes with a dressing room and a bathroom with 2 showers, while the other bedrooms, including one with twin beds, are distinguished by their personalised décor; a desk area with printer is also found in them.

The terrace bordering the heated swimming pool of 12 by 6 metres invites long siestas by the water, on angled sofas in the shade of the pines. A second outdoor dining room, equipped with a summer kitchen with plancha and barbecue, allows dining outside on summer evenings. With parking for 4 cars and a capacity of 17 people, this farmhouse is particularly suited to large families or groups of friends seeking an active stay combining swimming pool, games and relaxation.
