5 bedroom chalet with a swimming pool in Serre Chevalier 1400 - Villeneuve

At Serre Chevalier 1400, Villeneuve, this chalet surprises with its decorative approach where an urban spirit comes into the mountains. An Oriental-inspired bar and a Parisian refined library converse with local materials, wood and stone, in a deliberate mix that betrays a collector’s sensibility rather than that of simple chalet owners.

The lower level concentrates the relaxation and play spaces: indoor swimming pool, sauna, cinema room and ski room follow one another around a south-facing terrace that extends the house towards the garden. Two double bedrooms and a dormitory equipped with four bunk beds find their place there, each with its own shower room, which makes it easy to isolate children or a group of friends from the rest of the household.

On the main floor, the living room, kitchen and library form a succession of living spaces designed for long winter evenings, with a master room with a dressing room and a bathroom with bathtub to isolate completely. A mezzanine fitted out as an office completes the five bedrooms of the chalet and houses two additional double bedrooms, offering a work or reading area away from the general bustle.

The chalet can accommodate up to 14 people over its 490m2, with private parking spaces, laundry room and electric vehicle charging point that simplify daily life. This setting is particularly suited to a large family or several families reunited for an active stay, between nearby slopes and returns to the warmth of an atmosphere as carefully arranged as it is welcoming.
