5 bedroom chalet with a sauna in Alpe d'Huez

This chalet is located in the hamlets of Alpe d’Huez, 500m from the Marmotte 1 sector lifts, the ski school and the resort centre. This location allows you to reach the slopes quickly while enjoying the peace and quiet of the hamlets.

With its 310m2 facing due south and south-west, the chalet is flooded with light throughout the day. The fireplace, supplied with wood, warms the evenings in a living space designed with noble materials, while the balcony extends several rooms towards the outside.

The 5 bedrooms each have their own private bathroom, with shower, bath and double basin depending on the room. One of them, reserved for children, offers bunk beds, another serves as a master bedroom with television. This layout suits both a family and a group of friends each wanting their own privacy.

On return from the slopes, the sauna and jacuzzi offer a moment of relaxation, complemented by a TV room and audio system for the evenings. The ski room, garage, electric charging point and parking facilitate the organisation of daily life, without neglecting the comfort of the smallest thanks to the baby bed and high chair available.

This chalet accommodates up to 8 people and is suited to a mountain stay where life is shared between slopes, relaxation and meals taken à la carte according to each person’s wishes.
