3 bedroom apartment with ski in ski out access in Alpe d'Huez

In the Vieil Alpe, in the heart of the hamlets of Alpe d’Huez, this new apartment benefits from a rare location. The Leopold slope and the Alpe Express cable car are 50m away, and the resort centre is 250m away. The return journey is ski-in ski-out, with no detour by car.

Facing east, the apartment benefits from morning light in its living room, extended by a terrace where a table can be placed in fine weather. The lounge, dining room and television room are arranged around an equipped kitchen, designed for group returns at the end of the day.

The double bedrooms, including a family bedroom with bunk beds, are complemented by 2 bathrooms equipped with shower and bath. The property, with a surface area of 105m2, accommodates up to 6 adults and 2 children, with a cot available on request. Boot heater, ski room and interior garage complete the equipment.

This layout suits an extended family or a group of skiing friends, who will appreciate returning directly from the domain without removing their ski boots before the door.
