4 bedroom villa with a swimming pool in Cabrieres D Avignon

800 metres from the village of Cabrières d’Avignon, this property sits in a quiet, fully enclosed residential area with access through a closed gate. The view opens onto the Luberon, a setting that complements both peaceful mornings and evenings on the terrace.

The entrance leads to a lounge extended by a small sitting room, as well as a generously equipped Provençal kitchen complete with professional oven and induction hobs, which encourages cooking with market produce. A second indoor dining room complements the one set outside, beneath the shaded terrace equipped with a barbecue.

The garden features a 10 metre pool around which the whole stay is organised, between sun loungers, an outdoor table and shared meals in the open air. The master bedroom benefits from a private shower room, while the other bedrooms are arranged on the floor around a bathroom and a separate shower, for a total of 225m2 of living space.

This contemporary farmhouse, with careful decoration, suits a family or group of friends seeking a Provençal base close to the village and oriented towards outdoor living.
