4 bedroom villa with a swimming pool in Beaumettes

At Beaumettes, a few minutes from Gordes, this Provençal villa stands within a one hectare park that shields it from any neighbouring properties. The elevated position opens onto continuous views towards the Luberon mountain, visible from several rooms in the house.

The entrance leads to a large living room that opens onto a fully equipped kitchen, with a gas range cooker and gas hobs for cooking without restriction. The separate dining room is complemented by a summer dining room fitted with a barbecue, designed for outdoor meals in fine weather.

The villa spans 4 bedrooms over 255m2, including a master bedroom with a 180cm bed and ensuite bathroom, and 3 bedrooms with twin beds and shower rooms. Each one has its own bathroom, for shared comfort without cramped conditions.

Outside, the 10 metre by 5 metre swimming pool benefits from included maintenance, with sun loungers and parasols provided. Household and pool linens are supplied, as is cleaning, for a stay without logistics to manage.

This setting suits a family or a group of friends seeking a spacious and sheltered location, between relaxation by the water and outdoor meals with views of the Luberon.
