3-bedroom villa in Propriano

In the municipality of Olmeto, on the west coast of South Corsica, this villa is a few minutes from the beaches of Valinco. Contemporary architecture embraces complete openness to the outdoors, with views across the gulf and as far as Propriano.

The villa spans 230m2 extended by 200m2 of terraces, in a resolutely indoor and outdoor spirit. Noble materials and natural textures compose current decoration, in harmony with the modern lines of the building. The heated swimming pool, secured by an electric roller shutter, is accompanied by sun loungers and wraps provided to make the most of the view over Propriano.

The 3 bedrooms are spread over 2 levels, one on the upper floor and two on the lower level, each fitted with a Queen size bed, a dressing room, a television and a bathroom. A dormitory bedroom completes the offering with a bunk bed, 2 single beds and a cot, bringing total capacity to 10 people. On the lower level also, a fitness room equipped with a bicycle, a treadmill and an elliptical machine allows you to maintain your routine without leaving the villa.

This configuration, designed to accommodate multiple generations or a large group of friends, is particularly suited to family stays with young children and to summer gatherings around the swimming pool. For longer stays, a 3 hour cleaning service with linen change is provided on Sunday, leaving you free to enjoy the gulf and neighbouring beaches.
