3 bedroom villa with a swimming pool in Propriano

On the commune of Olmeto, a few minutes from the finest beaches of Valinco, this 230m2 villa opens widely onto the gulf and bay of Propriano. The modern lines of its architecture and the choice of natural materials set the tone from arrival, in a resolutely contemporary spirit.

Designed with an inside outside concept, the villa blurs the boundary between interior and exterior: the living spaces communicate directly with 200m2 of terraces, extended by sun loungers arranged facing the gulf. The heated swimming pool, secured by an electric roller shutter, invites you to enjoy the site at any time of day.

The 3 bedrooms, each with a Queen size bed, a dressing room and a bathroom, are distributed over 2 levels: one on the upper floor, the other two on the lower level alongside a dormitory bedroom equipped with bunk beds, 2 single beds and a baby bed. A fitness room completes this level, with a bicycle, treadmill and elliptical equipment available.

The kitchen, generously equipped with an American refrigerator, an automatic coffee machine and an oven, allows independent living throughout the stay. A three hour clean with change of linens is provided on Sunday for extended stays.

The villa can accommodate up to 10 people, between extended families and groups of friends coming to enjoy together the west coast of South Corsica. Arrivals take place on Saturday in the late afternoon, for a week marked by views over the gulf and descents to the beaches of Valinco.
