5 bedroom villa with a swimming pool in Propriano

At Propriano, this contemporary villa sits directly on the waterfront, in a setting where the Mediterranean sets the pace. The 300m2 garden and large terrace open onto the sea and let Corsican light flood every corner. A private jetty allows access to the water at any time, for an early morning swim or a boat trip, while the heated pool remains accessible whatever the season.

Inside, a vast living room extended by a fireplace, a convivial dining room and an open kitchen form the heart of the house. These spaces, facing the garden and the sea, naturally become the place for gatherings after the beach or a long waterside walk. In the evening, the barbecue set up outside invites you to extend the day around a shared meal.

The villa covers 350m2 and can accommodate up to 12 people spread across 5 bedrooms, each opening onto a balcony and equipped with its own bathroom. Contemporary, understated furniture and natural materials give each bedroom an intimate atmosphere. One bedroom equipped with a trundle bed allows children to be accommodated in the same comfort conditions as adults.

A wellness area completes the house, with a hot tub, a gym and a massage room, to enjoy a moment of relaxation at any time of day. Daily service relieves guests of practical constraints and leaves room for what matters.

This place is particularly suited to an extended family or a group of friends seeking a stay marked by swimming, outdoor living and immediate proximity to the sea. The layout of the bedrooms, all independent, allows everyone to find their own space while sharing moments of communal life.
