3 bedroom apartment with ski in ski out access in Alpe d'Huez

In the heart of the Cognet district at Alpe d’Huez, this apartment enjoys a rare location. The slopes are 50m away and the resort centre is the same distance. You put on your skis directly from the residence and reach the shops and activities in a few minutes on foot.

The interior displays a careful contemporary style, where clean lines create a warm setting. The living room, open to the equipped kitchen and dining room, benefits from north and east facing exposure that bathes the living spaces in changing light throughout the day. A balcony extends this space to the outside, for fresh air between two runs.

The 3 bedrooms, including one cabin with bunk beds ideal for children, are completed by 2 bathrooms equipped with either a shower or a bath. The apartment accommodates up to 6 people, which suits both a family and a group of friends seeking shared comfort.

On return from the slopes, the sauna and hammam of the residence invite relaxation, while the fitness room allows you to maintain your rhythm. The ski room and garage make daily life easier, from morning to evening.
