2 bedroom villa with a swimming pool in Forcalquier

In Forcalquier, this single-storey villa benefits from a mild climate that naturally invites one to slow down. The tree-lined garden of 500m2 surrounds a sunny terrace and a heated swimming pool, where one can swim regardless of the season. The barbecue installed in the shade of the trees suits evenings that stretch out, between shared meals and Provençal calm.

Inside, the living room plays the card of light and character, with its exposed beams and fireplace that invite gatherings. The kitchen, open onto this living space, lends itself to meals prepared by several people, and the adjoining dining room extends this warm atmosphere typical of the South.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms, one double, the other triple, each offering its own rhythm of tranquillity or conviviality according to the group’s needs. A contemporary bathroom, equipped with a large shower, completes the whole with simplicity. A private car park on site makes daily comings and goings easier.

This setting is particularly suited to a family or small group of friends seeking a quiet break, where the swimming pool, garden and outdoor meals naturally structure the days. The capacity of 5 people allows for accommodation without overloading the spaces, in a spirit of simple and restorative stay.
