Built in local stone, the house has been fully restored inside and out between 2023 and 2024. Traditional walls are exposed in the rooms and corridors, bearing witness to a Savoyard past when families, livestock and harvests were protected here from the rigours of alpine winter.

Inside, noble materials succeed one another from bottom to top: blonde stone tiles, wooden floorboards, blue, green and grey marbles in the bathrooms, spacious beds dressed in antique fabrics.
