The hamlet of Les Chartreux occupies a rare location on the edge of Lake Tignes, on the promenade connecting Val Claret to the water, near the 18-hole golf course open in summer. The shuttle stop is 100m away on foot, serving in a few minutes the Tichot chairlift, the Grande Motte funicular and the central square of Tignes Le Lac. This emblematic district offers a preserved natural setting, away from the bustle of the resort centre.

Entry is by a few steps leading directly to the main floor, where an entrance equipped with a ski room and boot dryer precedes a spacious living room. The fireplace corner, television area and bar communicate freely, bathed in south-east facing light. The kitchen equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine and oven serves an independent dining room, completed by a small annexe kitchen with freezer and sink.

Bedrooms are distributed between the lower ground floor and the second floor, each with its own en-suite bathroom with bath. Two of them, south-facing, benefit from a French door opening on to Lake Tignes and the golf course in summer, while another to the north also overlooks the water.
