6 bedroom chalet with a sauna in Tignes

In the centre of Tignes les Brévières, this chalet stands just next to the church, facing the ski domain which begins 50 metres away. The view opens onto the baroque bell tower and the bustle of the village, while a supermarket, sports shops, ski school and restaurants on the piste front are within a few steps. The Brévières cable car, which serves the Tignes and Val-d’Isère domain, completes this central location.

Built in 1893, the chalet has retained its character while benefiting from a complete renovation carried out in 2022. Traditional woodwork and antique furniture dialogue with resolutely modern household equipment, and studied lighting enhances the original timber frame and interior volumes. The result is an authentic family house rather than a standardised chalet.

At 220m2, the suites are distinguished by their thick carpeting and soft comfort, while the 6 bedrooms offer each person their own space. The terrace and balcony benefit from a south facing aspect, conducive to late afternoons on return from the slopes, and the sauna extends relaxation into the evening. A ski room facilitates daily life during your stay.

With a capacity of 14 people, this chalet suits a group of friends or several families gathered for a week of skiing. The immediate proximity of shops and the cable car allows you to enjoy the village without depending on a car, while finding the calm of a house steeped in history each evening.
