At the entrance to Champagny, the Hameau des Rochers district is situated approximately 800m from the village centre, the cable car and the ESF ski school. In winter, a free shuttle connects this residential district to the village and the start of the slopes, allowing you to enjoy the quiet without moving far from the essentials.

This hamlet comprises small semi-detached chalets in stone, wood and slate roof, served by pedestrian paths and facing south. From the terraces, the view extends over the Champagny le Haut valley, the Pralognan glaciers and the Courchevel villages. The chalet itself, oriented south and west, looks towards the Vanoise massif and the Courchevel resort opposite.

The ground floor serves as a transition area for ski returns, with boot dryer and storage. On the main floor, the large living space combines a fully equipped kitchen, a dining corner opening onto the 40m2 terrace facing south-west, and a sitting room where the fireplace invites you to extend evenings after the slopes.

The 7 bedrooms are distributed over 3 levels, with several bathrooms to facilitate morning comings and goings. At 142m2, the chalet can accommodate up to 12 people, with a mix of double beds, bunk beds and a trundle bed for children.
