At Champagny, this chalet occupies a traditional village house in the hamlet of Villard Dessous, close to the church. Facing it lies a peaceful alpine meadow, with the peaks of Vanoise outlined on the horizon and the Courchevel ski domain visible diagonally towards the south-west.

The building is constructed in local stone, carefully restored during a renovation carried out by its owners. The north-facing façade retains the old wall, sand-blasted to reveal the raw stone, while the other façades open widely onto the outside thanks to large glazed windows. The balconies of the bedrooms and living room, oriented to the south, benefit fully from the sunshine.

Spread over 500m2 across 3 levels, circulation between floors is via a glazed lift reserved for adults. The living room is organised around a large fireplace, and a relaxation area offers a sauna and hammam for unwinding after a day outdoors. On the ground floor, the ski room has storage and boot dryers to prepare for each outing.
