This chalet occupies the top floor of a building in the Almes district, facing due south, 80 metres from the ski return and 100 metres from the Chaudannes and Pâquis chairlifts. Tignes Le Lac town centre, with its shops and the ESF ski school, is reached on foot in 300 metres.

The building was constructed in the early 2000s and features facades of local stone beneath a slate roof that gives it the appearance of an alpine refuge. A shared staircase serves the residential levels and leads to a ski room equipped with a boot warmer, practical upon return from the slopes.
