At Ramatuelle, this Provençal farmhouse extends over 2 hectares of garrigue, one minute from the village and 5 minutes from Pampelonne beach. Authentic architecture combines natural terracotta tiles, stone floors and sanded exposed beams, creating a warm atmosphere from the entrance, under three suspended Moooi chandeliers.

The cathedral-like living room of 80m2, warmed by a fireplace, opens widely onto the outside and allows light to flow between the living spaces. The professional kitchen, equipped to receive large numbers, opens onto a shaded terrace soothed by the murmur of a fountain, conducive to shared meals.

The 8 bedrooms each have a private bathroom, a dressing room and a safe. Two of them have independent access in the first building block. The master bedroom, over 30m2, is distinguished by its fireplace, bathtub and private terrace with Burgundy stone flooring.

Outside, the heated swimming pool of 12 by 6 metres shelters in the shade of a two-thousand-year-old olive tree and parasol pines, while a petanque court is set on the garrigue slope. A path crossing vineyards and scrubland leads to a viewpoint over the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, the Lérins Islands and Cannes Bay.
