8 bedroom chalet with a sauna in Chamonix

A few minutes from the Tour and Grands Montets ski lifts, this property occupies a privileged location within an authentic hamlet in the Chamonix valley. Le Brévent and Les Houches are also accessible by car, allowing a choice of ski domains according to preference each day. Geneva airport is 1 hour 30 minutes away, an advantage for stays organised from abroad.

Built in 1764, the house has retained its original atmosphere through careful restoration that highlights beams and old stone. The living room, beneath high ceilings, opens on to large windows offering views of the Grands Montets and the Mont Blanc range. A large fireplace warms the evenings, while a more intimate library living room extends the living spaces.

The Gaggenau kitchen, equipped with two dishwashers and a wine cellar, suits meals prepared for large groups. Bedrooms are distributed between the ground floor, the upper floor and a mezzanine dormitory, offering up to 14 beds for groups or extended families. A small wooden building houses a sauna, complemented by storage space for skis and equipment, practical on return from the slopes.

The sunny terraces and barbecue area invite enjoyment of the outside from the fine weather onwards, facing the Mont Blanc panorama. This setting suits large families and groups of friends seeking an authentic alpine stay, between contemporary comfort and preserved historic character.
