8 bedroom chalet with a sauna in Chamonix

In Chamonix, this chalet occupies a privileged position a few minutes on foot from the cable cars, in a setting where the eye looks directly onto Mont Blanc and the sharp peaks of the Drus. The mountain thus enters every living space, without any need to go far to enjoy it.

On the upper floor, a vast common space with cathedral ceiling brings together the open plan kitchen, its adjoining pantry with bar and beverage coolers, and a living room organised around a central fireplace that separates the dining room from a more intimate television area. Large windows and access to a balcony extend these rooms towards the outside and towards the two panoramas that make this place distinctive.

The 8 bedrooms are spread between the ground floor, where the master suite and several double bedrooms each have their own shower room and direct access to the terrace, and the basement, designed for families with a children’s bedroom fitted with a play area and an additional bedroom reserved for nannies or guests. This organisation across several levels allows accommodation of up to 14 people while preserving everyone’s privacy.

The lower level concentrates wellness and service spaces: sauna with walk-in shower, fitness room equipped with a Peloton bike and a yoga space, and a service kitchen linked to the upper floor by a dumb waiter, invaluable during group receptions. A ski room with boot warmers communicates directly with the underground garage, so you can return from the slopes without detour.

Outside, sunny terraces and grassed areas surround a heated outdoor swimming pool, with the Drus as a backdrop, completed by an outdoor table and a barbecue for outdoor meals. This chalet suits a large family, a group of friends or a gathering of close ones, looking for a mountain stay where everything is designed for togetherness.
