8 bedroom apartment with a sauna in Courchevel

At Courchevel, this penthouse occupies the top levels of a 4 star resort, with an independent entrance that sets it apart from the rest of the residence. A private lift serves the 4 levels, and a ski room allows you to dry boots and store equipment on return from the slopes.

Under the roof, the ceiling height creates generous volumes emphasised by exposed beams, giving the whole space a warm character despite its 364m2. The bright living space unfolds across several areas, equipped kitchen, dining room, bar and 2 lounges, one of which is warmed by a fireplace.

The large balcony overlooks Courchevel valley and accommodates a hot tub where you can settle as dusk falls, warm in the water while enjoying the outside air. This is one of the highlights of a stay, to be shared with family or friends.

An indoor sauna completes this ensemble, useful after a day on the slopes to ease muscles and regain warmth. It is added to the living spaces without encroaching on their spaciousness.

The 8 bedrooms, all equipped with their own private bathroom, are distributed across the different levels and allow accommodation of up to 16 people. This format is particularly suited to a large group of friends or several families gathered for a week of skiing, each enjoying their own privacy while sharing vast communal spaces.
