7 bedroom villa in Sévrier

At Sévrier, this single-storey villa borders directly on the shores of Lake Annecy. The carefully maintained garden accompanies the facade to the water, offering immediate access to the shore and a setting where the lake and mountain form the daily landscape.

The living room opens widely on to the terrace, extending the living space to the outside. The kitchen, open to this shared space, lends itself to meals shared around a large table facing the water, whilst the outdoor areas invite both rest and outdoor activities, from morning to evening.

Spread over one level across 240m2, the 7 bedrooms each have an ensuite bathroom and carefully chosen bedding. Some are arranged to welcome children and parents in the same space, and all benefit from natural materials and a calm atmosphere conducive to rest for everyone.

Designed to accommodate up to 15 people, this villa suits large families as much as groups of friends seeking a stay by the water. A concierge service accompanies the stay with discretion, leaving full freedom for life by the lake.
