7 bedroom chalet with a swimming pool in Morzine

Situated on the south-facing slope of Morzine, this chalet holds a dominant and sunny position that overlooks the valley whilst remaining close to the lively heart of the village. The slopes are accessible nearby, and light bathes the residence throughout the day thanks to its orientation.

Here, the architecture breaks from the usual Alpine codes. Exposed concrete structures the whole and serves as a raw canvas to light that crosses the main living space, lit on all four sides by large glazed doors offering continuous views over the surrounding peaks. The furniture, inspired by mid-century Italian modernism, emphasises the generous volumes and weight of the architectural lines.

The 7 bedrooms, all en suite, adopt the discreet elegance of a boutique hotel. Concrete walls softened by thick carpets and bespoke textiles, for comfortable nights despite the radical aesthetic of the decor.

The wellness floor constitutes another highlight of the stay. A 15 metre swimming pool, designed for both swimming and relaxation, opens to the outside thanks to vast sliding glass walls that erase the boundary between heated interior and mountain air. A sauna, hammam, gym and treatment room complete this space, whilst a tiered cinema room invites evenings with friends.

With a capacity of 14 people spread across a spacious and resolutely contemporary setting, this chalet is particularly suited to groups of friends or extended families seeking a stay marked by design as much as by views over the Alps.
