7 bedroom chalet with a swimming pool in Megève

In the Princesse area of Megève, this chalet overlooks the valley and faces directly towards the Aiguilles de Warrens. The slopes are located 2300m away, as are the cable car and ski school, whilst the resort centre remains at approximately 5300m. The location suits those seeking the quiet of a high-altitude slope rather than the bustle of the village.

North and south-west exposure bathes the living spaces in changing light throughout the day. The living room, arranged around a fireplace, becomes the focal point of evenings, in a carefully designed setting that combines noble materials and warm tones. The bedrooms, spread across several levels, most open onto a terrace or balcony with valley views.

The chalet reserves an entire wing for relaxation, with an indoor swimming pool, a private cinema and a wine cellar that complements the bar. The 7 bedrooms each have their own bathroom, some with a study or dressing room, two of them designed to welcome children with bunk beds. An audio system distributes music throughout the communal spaces, from the living room to the terrace.

Spanning 500m2, the house can accommodate up to 10 people, making it suitable for an extended family or a group of friends wishing to enjoy the Aiguilles de Warrens together. The a la carte service, with daily cleaning and linen changed during the stay, allows full freedom to organise days between relaxation at the property and outings on the neighbouring slopes.
