7 bedroom chalet with a swimming pool in Courchevel

This chalet is located in the Cospillot neighbourhood in Courchevel, 170m from the slopes and 230m from the resort centre. The front of mountain ski lift is situated 350m away, as is the ski school, placing the property in a convenient position for access on foot and by ski.

Traditional Savoyard architecture features wood and stone, with north and east facing aspects that flood the rooms with clear morning light. The living spaces are organised around a central fireplace, ideal for evenings after a day on the slopes, and extend onto a balcony to take in the mountain air.

Wellness facilities hold an important place in the chalet’s layout: swimming pool, sauna, hammam and hot tub are complemented by a massage room and a fitness room to extend relaxation or maintain a sports routine. A private cinema and games room provide additional living spaces for group evenings or family afternoons.

The 7 bedrooms, all doubles, are spread across several levels and each benefits from careful finishing, from dressing rooms to the fireplace in the master bedroom. The 8 bathrooms, some with double basins and baths, provide genuine privacy for all within the 709m2 of the chalet.

With capacity for 14 people and half board service including daily cleaning and linen renewal during the stay, this chalet suits extended families or a group of friends seeking to combine comfort, space and direct proximity to the slopes and the resort centre.
