7 bedroom chalet with a sauna in Chamonix

The chalet is located in the village of Les Tines, a few minutes from Chamonix, between hiking trails and cross-country ski runs. The garden and sun-facing terraces open onto an unobstructed view of Mont Blanc and the wooded hills that frame the valley.

From the entrance, a reception hall with floor-to-ceiling glazed doors lets in light and landscape. Skis and shoes are left in a heated cloakroom before reaching the living spaces, designed to accommodate guests without ever feeling cramped.

The open kitchen, equipped with an AGA cooker and a large central island, opens onto a balcony where breakfast is taken facing the mountain. The spacious living room and dining room warm themselves around a contemporary fireplace, while a bar with cinema room and a small cosy living room with games offer other ways to extend the evening. Outside, a traditional hot tub and a sauna area with massage zone complete the relaxation spaces.

The 7 bedrooms are distributed over several levels, from ground floor to the lower floor, with a master suite positioned on the garden side and its open bathroom fitted with a retro bathtub. Some have a private bathroom, others share one, and a bedroom equipped with bunk beds welcomes the younger guests.

With a capacity of 14 people, this chalet suits a large group of friends or an extended family gathered for a week of skiing or hiking. It can also be combined with its twin chalet to accommodate an even larger gathering.
