7 bedroom apartment with a swimming pool in Val-d'Isère

At Val d’Isère, this penthouse quadruplex occupies the two top floors of a hotel chalet, deploying 425m2 of cosy living space where aged wood combines with careful contemporary decoration. The layout across 4 levels, served by a lift, invites you to discover each space progressively, from the living room to the sleeping quarters.

The living space is organised around a central wood fireplace and a seating area, extended by a fully equipped kitchen where a Nespresso coffee machine stands. Two fitted terraces and three balconies open the interiors to the outside, offering several ways to enjoy the alpine air according to the time of day.

Sleeping arrangements are divided between 6 double bedrooms and a dormitory bedroom designed as a cabin, with climbing holds and bunk beds, a true hideaway for the younger ones. Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom, guaranteeing privacy to each person despite group living.

The level dedicated to relaxation concentrates a heated swimming pool of 4×7 metres, a sauna, a hammam and an indoor hot tub, completed by two outdoor hot tubs installed on the terrace. Slipping into them at nightfall, between starry sky and warm steam, changes the tone of the evening.

A wine cellar and a laundry room equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer complete this ensemble designed for long stays. This setting suits an extended family or a group of friends come to share the mountains without ever getting in each other’s way, up to 15 people depending on group composition.
