6 bedroom villa with a swimming pool in Porticcio

At Porticcio, within minutes of the beaches of South Corsica, this single-storey villa of 220m2 opens onto a Mediterranean garden of 2500m2 that surrounds the house with botanical calm. The location, away from bustle, encourages you to slow down from the moment you arrive, among pines and local trees.

The living space extends over one level, filled with natural light. The living room, warmed by a fireplace, connects to a dining room that extends to a terrace of 150m2, a genuine outdoor room where meals are taken in shade or sun depending on the time of day. The fully equipped kitchen completes this arrangement and allows you to cook local market produce without leaving group life.

The six bedrooms are distributed around this shared space, some with their own bathroom, which gives each person privacy within a group of eight. A utility room facilitates the organisation of extended stays.

The garden includes a private swimming pool, a table tennis table and a barbecue area that structure both calm afternoons and evenings shared with friends or family. The garage and on-site parking add to the peace of the place.

This single-storey villa suits an extended family or a group of friends seeking a peaceful base, close to the coast and suited to outdoor living.
