6 bedroom villa with a swimming pool in Lecci

At Lecci, this contemporary villa benefits from a beachfront location, between the scent of pines and the breeze from the Mediterranean. The 2000m2 garden and its terrace offer generous space for outdoor meals, table tennis or barbecues with friends. Corsican ease of living is present here without reservation, a few steps from the coast.

The private pool, surrounded by greenery, invites relaxation after a day spent on the coast. Large glazed doors ensure fluid circulation between the living spaces and the outdoors, ideal for extending summer evenings. An independent, well-equipped kitchen leaves complete freedom to prepare local specialities and dinners with close friends.

The 6 bedrooms are spread over 2 levels, each with an ensuite bathroom and large windows towards the south-facing light. Several are designed to accommodate children, which allows everyone to find their own privacy whilst sharing common moments. A 300m2 villa designed to accommodate 12 people without ever giving an impression of overcrowding.

A housekeeping service at the end of the stay lightens daily organisation and guarantees a peaceful departure. This place suits an extended family or a group of friends wishing to combine communal living and spaces to retreat to, all in immediate proximity to the sea.
