The village shops are about 5 minutes drive away, Vauvert and Aigues-Mortes are less than half an hour away, and Montpellier is 40 minutes away. Cyclists can follow vineyard-lined paths through neighbouring villages to the Grande Motte.

Entry is through an elegant hall, adorned with a grand staircase and antique paintings, which sets the tone for timeless elegance. On the ground floor, the living areas extend into a dining room with vaulted ceilings, opening onto the gardens and able to seat up to 12 guests, with the possibility of becoming a meeting space. A separate office, also topped with a vaulted ceiling, provides a suitable setting for work or study, whilst the fully equipped kitchen is accompanied by a storage cellar and a laundry room.

Outside, the property is distinguished by its natural lake-type swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and a sound system, ideal for swimming and relaxation.
