6 bedroom villa with a swimming pool in Gallician

At Gallician, in the heart of the Camargue, this private estate of 23 hectares stretches between a pond and vineyards, just a few minutes from a village with local shops. The Scamandre Reserve borders the property and paths allow you to reach Aigues-Mortes and La Grande Motte by bicycle. Here you are in a preserved natural environment whilst remaining close to everyday amenities.

From the entrance hall, a grand staircase and old paintings set the tone of a residence where each room tells a story. The vaulted ceilings on the ground floor accompany lounges and a dining room that open directly onto the gardens and terraces, with views over the park planted with blue oaks.

The fully equipped kitchen extends into a pantry and a laundry room, practical for a prolonged stay. A separate office, with its own vaulted ceiling, offers a working or study space away from the bustle. The dining room, which seats up to 12 guests, converts easily into a meeting room, whilst the main lounge fitted with a video projector suits groups coming to work or gather.

On the first floor, a second lounge serves as a games room, clearly separating leisure time. The 6 bedrooms, all air conditioned, are split between double bed and twin bed configurations, with shared bathrooms according to the wings. The panoramic terrace on the first floor opens onto the park and, in clear weather, as far as the sea in the distance, ideal for evening aperitifs.

The park features a natural lake-style swimming pool, a lit pétanque court and paths suitable for walking or cycling. Between outdoor meals, games of billiards and evenings on the terrace, this estate suits a family stay equally well as a group of friends or a professional meeting seeking calm and space.
