6 bedroom villa with a fireplace in Annecy

In Annecy, this detached, single-storey villa strikes a balance between urban proximity and preserved calm. The expansive garden overlooks the surrounding mountains and invites relaxation, whilst the terrace becomes the natural place for meals throughout the seasons. After returning from the market or a day by the lake, you find a peaceful rhythm here.

The living room is spacious and bright, organised around a dining area and a well-equipped open kitchen, designed for shared meals. The barbecue and various outdoor zones encourage large outdoor gatherings, whilst cooler evenings extend by the fireplace. This continuity between interior and exterior structures the entire use of the property.

The 6 bedrooms are distinctly different from one another: four offer a double bed, one has 2 single beds, and the last has bunk beds suited to children. The bathrooms alternate between walk-in showers and baths, and a utility room completes the facilities to ease extended stays.

With 200m2 of single-storey space and capacity for 12 people, this villa suits an extended family or a group of friends wishing to enjoy Annecy whilst maintaining their own space. The garden and view of the Savoyard mountains make it a setting conducive to reunions, without sacrificing proximity to the town and lake.
