The chalet occupies a rare position in the old village of Val-d’Isère, a few metres from the snowfront. The slopes begin at 10m and the village lift is at 30m, the ski school is at 200m and the resort centre is at 100m. You put on your skis directly from the chalet and return the same way, with no detour by car or shuttle.

South-west facing, the chalet develops its spaces across 580m2 around a fireplace that structures the living areas. The fitted kitchen opens onto the dining room and a living room extended by a balcony, where late afternoon light enters generously. Wood, present throughout, gives the whole a warm character typical of large Alpine chalets.

On the basement level, a wellness area brings together a swimming pool, sauna and hammam, completed by a fitness room to continue exertion away from the slopes. Evenings can extend at the bar or in front of a film in the private cinema, whilst the games room keeps the younger guests occupied. A boot warmer and garage complete this level, designed for après-ski.

The 6 bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom, are divided between suites, a master bedroom with dressing room and a family bedroom opening onto a terrace. They accommodate up to 14 people, which suits an extended family or a group of friends here for the season. Half board and linen changed during your stay mean you have all the time to enjoy the property.
