6 bedroom chalet with ski in ski out access in Les Arcs

At Arc 1800, in the Arcs, this ski-in ski-out chalet benefits from a ski lift 300m away and the resort centre 1000m away. The west-facing aspect of the property fills the living spaces with light in the late afternoon, offering an ideal setting to rest after a day on the slopes.

The contemporary architecture of the chalet contrasts with the traditional constructions around it, playing on large volumes and fluid circulation between the communal spaces. The living room, organised around the fireplace, opens widely onto the outside thanks to large bay windows, while the terrace extends the living room in fine weather.

The 6 bedrooms, all equipped with their own bathroom, are spread over several levels and each is distinguished by a detail: office and terrace for one, dressing room and balcony for others, simple clear view for the last. This diversity allows each person to find their own spot, while enjoying the same comfort of bedding and equipment.

The wellness area, with its swimming pool, sauna and hammam, invites relaxation once skis are put away in the ski room provided for this purpose. In the evening, the cinema room and games room with billiards structure the evenings, while the wine cellar lends itself to a shared meal around a good bottle.

With its 280m2 organised to welcome up to 10 people, this chalet suits an extended family or a group of friends wishing to enjoy a ski stay together without giving up each person’s privacy. The a la carte formula allows meal services to be tailored to the rhythm of the stay.
