7 bedroom chalet with a swimming pool in Val-d'Isère

On the Avenue Olympique in Val-d’Isère, this chalet benefits from a location where everything is within reach. The main ski lifts are 100m away and food shops and ski equipment shops are 50m away. Views from the upper floors look out over the bell tower of the old village and the Face de Bellevarde, two landmarks that anchor the stay in the alpine landscape.

The ground floor opens onto a complete wellness space, with a swimming pool, ozone technology jacuzzi and hammam, extended by treatment and massage rooms. A games room brings together billiards, darts and simulators, while a grotto houses a mineral cave dedicated to wine and cheese tasting.

On the first floor, a living room widely open under a vaulted ceiling organises the chalet’s living space around a fireplace and a projection screen, with an adjacent bar. The south and west facing terrace extends this space with its outdoor kitchen and heated seats, to enjoy the sun during the day until evening.

The 6 bedrooms are spread over several levels, each with a bathroom and a private terrace, some completed with a mezzanine with a single bed. A lift serves the 4 levels of the chalet, accessible to people with reduced mobility, and a heated ski room with boot warmers makes the return from the slopes easier.

With a capacity of 14 people over an area of 1000m2, this chalet is suitable for a large group of friends or several families gathered for a week in the mountains, between relaxation at the spa, evenings by the fireplace and days in the open air.
