6 bedroom chalet with a swimming pool in Morzine

This chalet is situated a few minutes from the centre of Morzine, between the village and the natural reserves of the Vallée de la Manche. A path along the river provides access to the centre on foot, while views open on to the ski slopes and the Dents Blanches range. The property occupies approximately one hectare of grounds, in a private and wooded setting.

Spread over 4 floors, the chalet arranges its living spaces around a generously glazed main living room, extended by a wraparound south-facing balcony. An unobstructed view of Pointe de Nyon and the surrounding slopes is enjoyed from here, with a wood-burning fireplace for winter evenings. A dining room furnished with a Matthew Hilton table under lighting by Claire Norcross completes this floor.

An entire floor is dedicated to wellness, organised around a central relaxation area that provides access to a vaulted steam room, a hydrotherapy space and a dedicated massage treatment room. A covered walkway leads to an external terrace, where there are a large hot tub, a cedar barrel sauna and a heated swimming pool. The lower level also contains a bar and a living room overlooking the pool, with a terrace and an external fireplace suitable for gathering in the evening after days out.

Six bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, are distributed across the different floors and offer various configurations, from king-size bed to a two-level bedroom with dressing room. A cinema room with tiered seating and a large HD screen completes the relaxation spaces, alongside a second living room with a bar and flat-screen television for watching a match or film. This chalet suits a group or extended family of 12 people, seeking a stay where shared spaces are valued equally with bedrooms.
