6 bedroom chalet with a swimming pool in Courchevel

At Au Praz, the quiet hamlet of Courchevel, this chalet enjoys an open setting, 450m from the slopes at the foot of the piste and 200m from the resort centre. Full south facing exposure bathes the living spaces in constant light throughout the day.

The architecture combines contemporary lines and traditional wood, with a fireplace that anchors the living room and invites lingering after a day outdoors. The volumes flow fluidly across 450m2 of living space, allowing room for shared moments as well as more intimate times.

The 6 bedrooms are distributed throughout the chalet, including a children’s bedroom fitted with bunk beds and a master suite with double bed and bespoke storage. Each has its own bathroom, some with bathtub, others with walk-in shower, offering everyone their own independence.

The lower ground floor houses a true relaxation area, with indoor swimming pool, sauna, hammam and a room dedicated to massage treatments, designed to extend rest away from the bustle of the slopes. A wine cellar and TV room complete this ensemble conducive to relaxation between outings.

This chalet suits stays with family or friends, with capacity for 10 people spread across bedrooms designed for everyone’s comfort. A cot and high chair allow the youngest to be accommodated without difficulty.
