6 bedroom chalet with ski in ski out access in Courchevel

In the Chenus district of Courchevel, this chalet is located within a hamlet of three properties surrounded by fir trees, 150m from a ski lift. The ski school is 450m away and the resort centre is 400m away, which means the car can stay in the garage most of the time. The view extends over the valley from several rooms, an advantage that the triple north, south and east exposures enhance particularly throughout the day.

Inside, the 518m2 spreads out around living spaces where the fireplace occupies a central place, maintained daily and supplied with provided wood. A bar and sound system accompany evenings, whilst a private cinema and games room offer other ways to extend the late afternoon. The terraces and balcony allow you to enjoy the crisp air between moments spent by the fire.

The 6 bedrooms each have their own bathroom, with separate toilet, hairdryer and heated towel rail in some rooms. Two of them open onto a terrace equipped with a Nordic bath, whilst the master bedroom benefits from a 200×200 bed and a desk. Beds are made on arrival and household linen renewed on request, in a spirit of attentive service.

On return from the slopes, the pool, sauna, hammam and steam room make up a complete relaxation area, complemented by a massage room and a fitness room. Half board and Excellence service level free up time for these moments, with daily cleaning and welcome baskets included.

With a capacity of 12 people, this chalet suits an extended family or a group of friends coming to enjoy the ski domain together, between days on the slopes and evenings spent in a setting designed for collective living.
