6 bedroom chalet with a sauna in Saint-Martin-de-Belleville

This chalet is located in the heart of the village of Saint-Martin-de-Belleville, close to the shops and the resort centre which can be reached on foot in 150m. The slopes and the first ski lift are at the same distance, while the ski school is situated 750m away, a convenient location for days on the slopes and evenings in the village.

The south-west facing aspect of the chalet floods the living spaces with light for much of the day, and the balcony extends this brightness outdoors. The fireplace occupies a central place in the living room, where guests return after a day on the slopes, and a bar completes this space for evening gatherings with close friends.

The 6 bedrooms are distributed across the different levels of the chalet and each has its own private bathroom, some with a bath, others with a shower and double basin. The master bedroom includes a dressing room, whilst one bedroom designed for children combines single beds and bunk beds to accommodate several young sleepers.

The sauna and the Nordic bath provide a true time of relaxation after skiing, to be completed by the ski room and its boot warmer which simplify daily life for the household. At 300m2, this chalet suits a group of 10 people, families gathered together or a group of friends, who are looking for a central base for their stay in the mountains.
