6 bedroom chalet with a sauna in Saint-Martin-de-Belleville

The hamlet of Chatelard, in Saint-Martin-de-Belleville, retains the quiet character of mountain villages whilst remaining close to the resort’s activity. The slopes and the village centre are reached in about fifteen minutes on foot, at approximately 1.8km, which keeps the hamlet away from through traffic while keeping everything within reach. Facing due south, the chalet overlooks Saint-Martin and opens its living spaces onto the surrounding peaks and the village below.

Inside, home automation subtly controls the atmosphere of the communal spaces, from heating to lighting, for a comfort that is quickly forgotten as it becomes natural. The central fireplace warms the living room on winter evenings, whilst the equipped kitchen and dining room allow entertaining without constraint. The balcony extends these rooms outdoors and takes full advantage of the chalet’s south-facing aspect.

The six bedrooms are all designed as suites with private bathrooms, split between double beds and twin bedrooms, a configuration that suits both couples and families with children. One of them opens onto an outdoor hot tub reserved for its use, a welcome addition after a day in the open air. A communal sauna and hot tub complete this wellness dimension, as does the ski room which facilitates the return from the slopes.

With its 259m2 organised over several levels, this chalet accommodates up to 12 people in generous volumes, designed for group stays or extended family gatherings. A baby bed and high chair are provided, making it a suitable address for very young children. Bespoke services allow you to adjust the stay’s amenities according to everyone’s needs.
