The chalet is located in the heart of the old village of Argentière, 150 metres from the resort centre and 2000 metres from the Pierre à Ric slopes and the Lognan lift. It thus benefits from authentic roots, between mountain lanes and local shops, whilst remaining only minutes from Chamonix.

South and west facing, the house enjoys generous light throughout the day. The fireplace warms the living room during winter evenings, whilst the terrace and outdoor furniture invite you to take advantage of the exposure as soon as the weather improves. The piano and TV room complete living spaces designed for gathering, between evenings in and relaxation.

The 6 bedrooms are divided between a master suite with dressing room and office, a children’s bedroom with bunk beds and double bedrooms that can be adapted into twin beds, offering genuine flexibility according to the group’s composition. The 5 bathrooms, some with a bath, others with an Italian shower, ensure privacy for all across 360m2.
