6 bedroom chalet with a fireplace in Chamonix

In Les Praz, a quiet hamlet of Chamonix, this chalet benefits from a calm setting, away from the bustle of the town centre, whilst remaining close to access to the slopes and valley footpaths.

The living room extends as a vast open space where large glazed doors open onto a terrace, extending the sitting room towards an outdoor dining area facing the peaks of the Mont Blanc massif.

A wood burning fireplace occupies the heart of the living space and becomes the focal point for winter evenings, when the group gathers after a day spent on the slopes.

The 6 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, are organised with careful balance between private spaces and shared areas, over a total surface of 284m2. The chalet can accommodate up to 14 people.

This chalet suits a large group of friends or an extended family wishing to enjoy both shared moments around the fire and genuine private spaces for each person.
