6 bedroom chalet with ski in ski out access in Alpe d'Huez

At the top of Alpe d’Huez, this chalet is part of a group of five houses gathered around a paved courtyard. The slope runs right past it, so you put on your skis at the door to reach the Rond point des pistes, while the village centre, with its bars, restaurants, outdoor ice rink and swimming pool, is 10 minutes away on foot or by cable car.

Access is on the first floor, next to a convenient ski room for when you return from the slopes. The living room and dining room benefit from plenty of light thanks to large windows, the stone fireplace and red sofas create a warm atmosphere around the shared table. An open window onto the kitchen, fully equipped with two ovens and three hobs, allows those cooking to stay part of the conversation.

The 6 bedrooms are spread over 3 floors, each with its own balcony and television, some offering direct access to the slopes. One bedroom on the ground floor and another on the first floor have twin beds, while the second floor has 4 bedrooms including a suite with a large double bed, each with its own bathroom.

On the ground floor, a relaxation area brings together a sauna and hot tub, with doors opening onto the slope that runs alongside the chalet, ideal for relaxing your legs at the end of the day. High speed wifi covers all floors and covered underground parking makes arrival by car straightforward.

With beginner slopes in the immediate vicinity and the atmosphere of a lively resort, this chalet suits families introducing their children to skiing and groups of friends looking for convivial evenings. Its capacity of 12 people allows several generations or several households to gather under one roof without ever getting in each other’s way.
