This contemporary chalet is located at Les Houches, a few minutes from Chamonix, in an area oriented towards the Prarion domain. The Paillouds slopes and the Prarion lift meet 200m away, the ski school is 290m away and the resort centre is 2km away. It is a location designed for skiing days without wasting time on the road.

The garden of 1500m2 surrounds the house and opens onto a terrace facing south and east, with the Mont-Blanc range in the background. You can have coffee in the morning or an aperitif on return from the slopes, in a space that is largely open and differs from the narrower balconies found elsewhere in the resort. Outdoor furniture and a barbecue allow you to extend meals from the first fine days.

Inside, the fireplace warms the living room while the dining room and TV room separate mealtimes and relaxation. The equipped kitchen opens onto these living spaces, practical for cooking without isolating yourself from the group.
