6 bedroom apartment with a jacuzzi in Courchevel

At Courchevel, this penthouse occupies the two top levels of a five-star hotel, a position that overlooks the resort and gives it a genuine sense of intimacy despite its generous volume. The duplex layout distributes the living spaces and bedrooms across two distinct floors, which allows everyone to find their own rhythm between rest and sociability.

On the upper floor, the living space is organised around a central wood-burning fireplace that warms the lounge area and its television. The open kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine, faces the same space, so no one finds themselves isolated during meal preparation.

Four double bedrooms come with mattresses of varying sizes, from a large 200cm bed to the more intimate 140cm format, each with its own bathroom. A sleeping cabin completes the arrangement with a bunk bed and a single bed above it, and a mezzanine fitted above a desk, a layout designed to accommodate children without encroaching on adult space.

Balconies distributed across both levels open onto periodic outdoor breathing space, whilst the rooftop terrace forms the true extension of the living room. There is an outdoor hot tub, suited to evenings after a day spent outside, with the resort as a backdrop.

With its 214m2 spread across a duplex and capacity for 12 people, this penthouse suits an extended family or group of friends who wish to share the same roof while each retains their own privacy. The presence of a dedicated children’s area also makes it suitable for multigenerational stays.
