5 bedroom villa with a swimming pool in Uzès

Between Uzès and Saint-Siffret, this house is in a quiet residential area, a few minutes from the historic centre and 2km from the first shops in Saint-Siffret. A porch in traditional stone opens onto a garden planted with oaks, where a large fig tree welcomes arrivals discreetly. The surrounding countryside ensures genuine rural quiet while keeping the village within driving distance.

The ground floor, with natural stone flooring heated and cooled by the floor, is arranged around a cathedral style living room with exposed wooden beams. Two large sliding glass doors connect this living space to the terrace and let in light all day. A mezzanine accommodates a more informal relaxation area, with linen sofas and table football, while the kitchen, centred on a black volcanic stone island, opens without partition onto the dining room and can seat 10 people around the table.

The bedrooms are spread over 2 levels, each with its own bathroom. On the ground floor, 2 double bedrooms face each other, one on the north side with separate shower and bath, the other overlooking the pool with its own storage. On the first floor, which is air conditioned, the main suite opens onto a private terrace and has a separate dressing room, while two other bedrooms, with twin or double beds, each offer their own bathroom and plenty of storage.

Outside, the heated saltwater pool measuring 14 metres by 4, secured by a roller cover, occupies the centre of a 2000m2 garden bordered by open lawns. A summer kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, a plancha and a sink allows outdoor meals without constraint, completed by a petanque court for quiet afternoons.

This 300m2 house is suitable for families or groups of friends seeking a slow paced stay, between domestic comfort and outdoor life, a short distance from the Pont du Gard and sites in the Gard.
