5 bedroom villa with a swimming pool in Porto Heli

On the Porto Heli coastline, surrounded by century-old olive trees and pine forests, this villa faces west and captures the full colours of the evening sky over the Aegean Sea. The address is approximately 15 minutes from Porto Heli town centre and 2 hours 15 minutes from Athens airport, in an area valued for its calm and clear waters. The journey to the property, between coastal roads and wooded landscapes, sets the tone for the stay.

The architecture emphasises transparency between interior and exterior through large frameless sliding glass doors that admit light and landscape. White marble floors, bespoke contemporary furniture and careful lighting create sober and luminous spaces. The main suite, on the upper level, overlooks the shore and commands an unobstructed perspective across the water.

The 5 bedrooms each have a private bathroom and direct access to a terrace, while those on the upper floor include a kitchenette for morning coffee or a quiet aperitif. The fully equipped Boffi kitchen connects the living space to the outdoor terrace where meals are taken. This layout allows everyone to move freely between common areas and more intimate spaces.

The Mediterranean garden surrounds an infinity pool whose waters blend visually with the sea. A few steps lead to the private beach, a rocky expanse with easy direct access, beside which is a stretch of fine sand better suited to young children. The generous terraces serve equally well for afternoons by the water or evenings spent outdoors.

The villa accommodates up to 9 people, suitable for an extended family or a group of friends wishing to enjoy the region together. A dedicated concierge arranges a private chef, childcare or a driver, and facilitates boat excursions to Spetses and Hydra, visits to the theatre at Epidaurus and Nafplio, or a round of golf at the myKilada course, just minutes away.
